If there is one thing we pay attention to when it comes to meat, it is quality; in terms of farming, rearing, slaughtering and processing.
With Metzgerei Feurstein, we have found a partner that ticks just like us.
The butcher's family has been supplying the Bregenzerwald with high-quality meat products since 1989. Owner Alois focuses on tradition, which is why all meat, ham, bacon and cheese products come from animals raised on local farms. Alois' brother Norbert is responsible for the slaughtering and Alois takes care of the processing in the Wälder Metzge in Warth.
